Fragiskos Anavlavis is a certified real estate valuer, based in the Cyclades since 2018, and a member of the Ministry of Finance's Register.

He deals with real estate estimates from 2011 and works with the National Bank of Greece.

Property estimates are based on European Standards of Evidence (EVS).

Estimates of property are made according to the four approved methods:

• Income Method
• Residual Method
• Replacement Cost Method
